UNCcombo: Likelihood based association testing for next generation sequencing data without intermediate genotype calling

UNCcombo is a R package to perform single marker association testing on raw next generation sequencing data. UNCcombo allows for flexible covariates adjustment and does not require genotyp calling. The R package provides a likelihood ratio test (LRT), score test and a combination of the two (UNCcombo). The current version is a pre-release. For details, please refer to our tutorial.
