Analyses of Serum and Urine Biomarker Traits in UK Biobank Participants with African, South Asian, and East Asian Ancestry

We performed Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS) for UK Biobank 28 serum and 3 urine biomarkers for participants with significant non-European ancestry: Africans (AFR, n=9354), South Asians (SAS, n=9823) and East Asians (EAS, 2559). This page contains both conditional and unconditional GWAS summary statistics for 31 traits and the three cohorts. Please see Description for more details.
